This Privacy Policy explains how Yaw Works LLC ("we," "us") handles information in the GLP Smart mobile app and glpsmart.io (the "Service").
1. Your health log stays on your phone
The doses, injection sites, weight, measurements, side effects, notes and settings you enter are stored on your device only. We do not upload them, we cannot see them, and we cannot recover them if you lose your phone. Use Settings, Back up, to save a copy yourself. The reports and backups you create are files on your device that you choose whether to share.
2. What we do collect
2.1 Anonymous usage data. We use Firebase Analytics to count things like screens opened and whether a report was shared. These events never include your doses, weight, notes, medication name or any other health entry.
2.2 Anonymous account identifier. The app creates an anonymous identifier (no name or email) so your purchase can be matched to your device. We do not ask you to register.
2.3 Purchases. If you buy GLP Smart Plus, Apple or Google processes the payment and RevenueCat, Inc. gives us your purchase status. We never see your card details.
2.4 Reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your phone. They do not show the drug name or dose, and no reminder data leaves your device.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We use only these providers to run the Service: Google (Firebase hosting and analytics), RevenueCat (purchase status), and Apple and Google (payments).
4. Retention and deletion
Because your log lives on your device, you control it. Delete an entry by swiping it away in History, or erase everything in Settings, Erase all data. Deleting the app removes the log from your phone. To ask us to delete the anonymous identifier and analytics data tied to your device, email the address below.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia or the European Economic Area) you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold. Since we hold very little, a request is usually quick. Email us and we will respond.
6. Children
The Service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Security
Your data stays on your device under your phone's own protections. Data we do hold travels over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure.
8. International use
Our providers operate in the United States, so the limited data described in Section 2 is processed there.
9. Changes
If we change this Policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
